How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All Campton Gear is “made to order.” That means we make the product after we receive the specific order from you! So please allow 10-14 business days from the date of order to the time of shipment. That said, we’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, and as soon as your order comes through, we go straight to work. First, we process the order — we do the nitty-gritty backend stuff and prep the pieces needed to print your shirts. Then we print. We make every shirt to order, so sometimes this step might take a couple days, depending on volume. How Does Campton Handle Returns?
If you ever receive any regular-priced order from us that does not make you 100% satisfied, you can return it to us and we’ll do what it takes to make you happy (that’s our job!). Sale items and use of promotional codes to make a sale price are final and cannot be returned or exchanged (see policy below). Requests for refund or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in a refund situation (no exceptions). We will pay for the shipping of your new items if you qualify for an exchange.

Please allow for a 48 hour response time so that our Customer Service agents can locate all information needed to service your order inquiry. Also note that Campton's offices are CLOSED ON WEEKENDS.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to seasonal changes in merchandise. All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. If you have used a promotional code to achieve a sale price, your items are considered 'On Sale' and cannot be exchanged or returned. If a promotional code has only been applied to some items in your cart, those that are regular price will still qualify for returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase date.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you must have the receipt.
